The dishes are delicious, but nobody can rely on the delivery service. We decided today not to order there anymore. Today we waited over THREE hours. Unfortunately, this has happened to us a few times. The delivery time stated on the homepage is always the same and has nothing to do with reality. Our order from 6:40 p.m., which should have arrived at 7:45 p.m., was then at 9:50 p.m. Of course, nobody could be reached by phone and when I drove to the restaurant at 9:00 p.m., I was told that the driver should have left 5 minutes ago. It then took 50 minutes for 3 kilometers.

The food is always delicious when you pick it up. Delivering is complicated depending on the time of day and takes longer on weekends or public holidays. The staff is friendly and very accommodating

Delivery took almost two hours, half of the food delivered was wrong. After a telephone consultation, we will be credited 1.5 €. Was the last time we gave the shop a chance.

Ordered via Lieferando, confirmation with a waiting time of 63 minutes. All right, you can adjust to it. After 2 hours there was still no food. According to the telephone information Essen allegedly on the way. After another 50 minutes the food was finally there! Does not work at all! There won't be another order there anytime soon ...

Unfortunately I cannot recommend it! At the counter it already looks unsightly ... Ordered chicken mango and madras .. The mango (blended fresh) tasted like 1 kg of sugar and more .. Unfortunately! The rice reminded me of the taste of rice pudding .... 🤔

Super delicious food! We ate on site and absolutely cannot complain. You actually order at the counter, but the waitress even came to our table. Waiting time was a maximum of 10 minutes. Food was tasty and warm. Price-performance top👍

Really bad. You order something in front of you and you will laugh and say "Oh forgot". Not even an apology, let alone a drink or something like that as an excuse while you wait. I used to be here after every training session (twice a week) and extremely convinced. Apparently the owners have changed or the expansion to several branches went too fast so that not enough competent employees were available. What a shame

Food is great. But the employees don't seem to want to make calls. Called several times on different days. Nobody answers. Something like that can otherwise be outsourced to India at low cost. It can't be that difficult.

I am also very disappointed. I placed an online order with a delivery time of 8:30 p.m. I am not back from work until 8:00 p.m. At 7/20 the doorbell rang and the supplier said that they had considered better early than late. The young man was of little interest that my visit did not come until 8:30 p.m. He just said that food would still be warm by then ... it wasn't. And when I complained about this to the delivering branch in Hammerstrasse, I was only advised not to order from them again next time. Thank you very much for the tip, I can only recommend it to everyone, do not order there!

Rude liars. Food itself is good. But it never manages to deliver on time. When asked, always, really always 10 minutes is said. Today I was told that I didn't have to order from them.

Asian food, delicious, cheap and not completely over-seasoned. The vegetables are also not cooked dead, but look pleasantly fresh. Gladly again.

The food is okay, but if you order three times and the delivery comes three times at least 45 minutes later than on the e-mail confirmation despite online pre-order, it just won't work. Especially if you want to eat the lunch break and of course you can't move it around just because Asia Quick takes plenty of time again. In the future, we would rather order somewhere else. It works better!

I cannot understand the many bad reviews, we were always satisfied. Have ordered many times. Deliciously warm and the delivery was within the specified time frame.

Ordered via lieferando. Said 45min, we called after 1,5h, food is on the way. Food was cold, rancid absolutely discusting. Couldn’t eat it...

Place looks new & is very clean. Food & service were enjoyable. It has a small cosy atmosphere to it.

The dishes always taste great (duck / chicken with rice / noodles, sushi 🍣) Also the size is top! Should everyone be full. The delivery time is under all sow! It never arrived punctually at over 5 orders. 10-20 minutes would not be an issue but 2 hours delivery time at specified 45 minutes ... Unfortunately, now lost to me and no further orders.

Unfortunately it is getting worse here. Ordered food and given a delivery time between 45-60 minutes. After 1.5 hours I called and asked when the food was coming. It was said succinctly "in 5-10 minutes". After another 15 minutes I called again - nobody understood me and they just took another order instead of helping me. The meal came after a little more than 2 hours and the "crispy duck" became "duck a la slippers". The taste was okay, not earth-shattering, but the duck was already very wobbly. Edit: A second attempt remained with a waiting time of 2.5 hours, no information, no one who wants to / can help. Therefore only 1 star.

Food is not bad for the price, while not great, with the fish part being good, but the rice is always too mushy. It has happened twice already that they just ignore an online order, for whatever reason. Waiting for more than two hours and not getting a good telephone reply. Sometimes unexpected old rice to be found in veggie side, a questionable practice.
